• Subscription payments are processed by Apple. We do not store payment card information.

• To manage your Pro subscription
• To improve app features and performance

Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Supabase. AI diagnostic queries are processed via Anthropic’s Claude API and are not permanently stored beyond your session.

• RevenueCat – Subscription management

• Anthropic – AI diagnostic responses

Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

Children’s Privacy

PocketTech is not intended for users under 13 years of age.
